When collaborators need a face-to-face meeting with one or more guests, they can use Workinly to schedule the appointment, including all attendants. They will still require further approval because allowing non-employees into the building needs supervision from the building-security personnel.
When collaborators need to schedule a virtual meeting with one or more non-employees, they can use Workinly to schedule it, choosing between Jitsi and OpenVidu as the most convenient platform. They will include all guests, and Workinly will issue the pertaining invitations via email and WhatsApp.
If a person not belonging to the organization arrives at the building without a previous invitation, they should go to the receptionist for the corresponding registration. The receptionist will complete the visitor’s registration process, generating permissions to enter certain predefined areas. Finally, the system will send to the visitor’s WhatsApp and email a QR access code, including all the permissions granted by the receptionist.
Workinly also allows access to the building through pre-registration, where guests must fill in personal information, have their photo taken and provide a copy of an ID document.
If the visit is approved, guests can access the building without going through reception, and go directly to the event room.
